We made an easy onboarding guide for the 1st of the 11 parts in the miden playground testnet campaign.
Step by Step Guide
1.
Eleven(11) playground tutorials
– The Miden Playground Testnet has 11 tutorials.
– Miden has documented everything very clear.
– So we will only cover the 1st tutorial in this guide.
2.
Miden wallet
– First we need to install the miden wallet extension.
– Visit: Extension
– Install the extension.
– Create a new wallet.
– Make sure to safe the privatekeys.
– Set up a password and your ready!
3.
Faucet
– Visit: miden
– Open your extension and copy your new wallet address.
– Paste the address in the faucet.
– Click the little purple icon in the faucet.
– Your wallet will pop-up.
– Connect your wallet to verify the address.
– Hit the public claim button.
– If you get an error, try again later or contact miden support in discord.
4.
The playground
– Visit: https://playground.miden.xyz/
– Click select wallet (top-right corner)
– Connect your miden wallet.
5.
Tutorial 1
– Click start tutorial under create and fund your wallet.
– Click create new account.
– You can rename it or keep the default name “Wallet A”.
– Click create account.
– Scroll down and click next step.
6.
MDN faucet
– Click MDN faucet.
– Select create new transaction.
– Choose new mint transaction.
– Select your created wallet A.
– Enter the amount of MDN you want.
– Click preview, then submit.
– Wait until the transaction shows success.
7.
Notes
– On the sidebar, go to Notes.
– Click on the note address.
– Select consume note with A.
– Click submit.
– After the transaction succeeds, click next step.
– Click next tutorial.
8.
Tutorial journey
– Continue your journey and complete all available tutorials.
– It’s very easy, just read very good or use GPT (if you are to lazy)
– No excuse not to position.
