This is possible under one important condition: the seal of the product must be completely intact.
Because we sell specialized products such as Blue Magic Awakening, we cannot accept opened or used items. The seal guarantees the product’s quality and safety exactly as it leaves our laboratory.
If the seal is intact, we will refund your full order amount, including the original shipping costs.
Make sure the product seal is intact.
Place the product securely in its original packaging if possible.

Hand in your package at your preferred postal service (DHL or PostNL recommended).
Keep your return receipt with tracking information until your refund is processed.
Once we have received your return in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Seal Broken? Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.
In other cases, return shipping is at your own expense.
