Shipping Costs
Netherlands: Free shipping on all orders.
Europe: €10 flat rate, free shipping on orders above €100.
Worldwide (outside Europe): €20 flat rate, free shipping on orders above €100.
Same-Day Shipping
Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 16:00 (Dutch time) are shipped the same day.
Saturday: Orders placed before 14:00 (Dutch time) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after these times are shipped the next working day.
Track & Trace
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package in real-time. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder — sometimes it hides there.
